We teach traditional martial arts sessions for all ages helping to develop self-confidence, physical skills, self-awareness, mental attitude, focus, physical conditioning, humility, respect, and discipline. Also, we use an age old technique, which could help students with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) better focus.

Master Young has been in the Martial Arts for over 35 years. He is a US Alliance Hall of Fame Life Member and Inductee, and America Martial Arts Alliance Hall of Fame Inductee Whos Who Legends.

He has trained in various other styles other than Goju Ryu, which includes Jujutsu, Kenpo, Kung Fu, Gung Fu, Judo, Jeet Kun Do, Aikido, Hapkido, and Aiki Jujutsu. Also, some of the weapons he has had training with are nunchucks, baton, long staff, samurai sword, escrima sticks, and Sais. He is trained to use almost anything as a weapon from a rolled up newspaper or magazine, to chopsticks, or a fountain pen case to a man’s pant belt to use in self-defense.
